Orthopedics

The Orthopedics Program at South Hampton Community Hospital offers the expertise and wide-ranging services to help you overcome your condition and get you back to the activities you enjoy most.  The program is provided by an accomplished and dedicated team of physicians, nurses, therapists, technicians and other caregivers working together to ensure the highest quality of patient care. Renaissance provides a full range of orthopedic surgical services, physical therapy, and diagnostic imaging. 

Your orthopedic visit will start with a personal interview and physical examination. This may be followed by diagnostic tests such as blood tests, X-rays, or other tests.  Your treatment may involve medical counseling, medications, casts, splints, and therapies such as exercise, or surgery. For most orthopedic diseases and injuries there is more than one form of treatment. Your orthopedist will discuss the treatment options with you and help you select the best treatment plan to enable you to live an active life.

The Orthopedics Program also offers round-the-clock consultation and support services to patients with injuries and fractures who arrive at the South Hampton Community Hospital Emergency Department.
